Introducing the EasyContactNow Help Centre

We are pleased to announce the launch of our new Help Centre for EasyContactNow™. You can now browse over 150 articles and FAQs to find information about how to get the most from EasyContactNow for your contact centre.

Constantly updated with the latest features, the Help Centre is the go to place for learning everything about EasyContactNow. It’s also where you can keep up-to-date with the latest release information and get system status updates from our support team.

The Help Centre features a powerful search tool to quickly find and access the information you need. Written by our product specialists, the help articles show you how to use and manage all aspects of EasyContactNow. You can rate the articles and post further questions directly to our support team by adding comments to the articles.

If you need more advanced help you can raise a ticket via the Help Centre and track its progress through to resolution or you can speak directly to our friendly support team on 0345 286 4697.

You will need to create an account to access the Help Centre. The sign-up process takes less than a minute. Our new Help Centre is powered by Zendesk and in the future, once integration is complete, you will be able to use your EasyContactNow login details to access the Help Centre.
