Spring marks a time of new beginnings, the weather gets that little bit warmer and the days longer. Here at 8×8 we feel it’s time for some spring cleaning, so we are saying goodbye to EasyContactNow and hello to ContactNow. What’s spurred this name change on? Well we’ve just launched in the US and we want to make sure our name is recognized globally on both sides of the Atlantic.
Now there’s no need to panic we may be dropping the Easy but ContactNow is still just as easy to use and will still be the same self-service, feature-rich cloud contact centre, you know and love. We’re just giving it bit of a spruce up and wanted to give you the heads up to its new name. You’ll still log in to your contact centre from our website at app.easycontactnow.com, so you won’t need to change anything for your staff.
As well as a name change we’re improving the way we provide support. You’ll still have access to all of our help articles, but we’ll also be adding several videos to train new staff quickly and give you some tips on how to get the most out of your contact centre.
If you are ever in need of a little bit more help you will soon be able to search for help articles from within ContactNow’s interface. And if you can’t find what you need we’re making it easier than ever to raise a ticket with our friendly support team.
We remain focused on helping you and your business improve the way you communicate with your customers. You’ll start to see the name change happening in the next month so be sure to keep a look out on Twitter for @ContactNowApp for news and updates.
